By using URSAQR ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Service Description

URSAQR is a free, browser-based QR code generator that creates QR codes from URLs you provide. All processing occurs client-side; we do not store or transmit your data.

Lawful Use

You agree not to use URSAQR to generate QR codes that link to illegal content, malware, phishing pages, or any material that violates applicable laws. We reserve the right to deny service to users who violate this provision.

Intellectual Property

The URSAQR name, logo, template designs, and site code are our intellectual property. The QR codes you generate are yours to use for any lawful purpose. Our template designs may not be redistributed as standalone design assets.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the QR codes will scan on all devices or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

URSAQR and its creators shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
